I wanted to get something from each photo so this is what I came up with.

When I was a kid there was an artist who painted pictures for the Olympics. I can't remember which Olympics it was, but I always liked his style. His work inspired my page of Harley. Here is an example of Leroy Neiman's painting, in this case, Mike Piazza at bat.

I'll put in a big thumbnail, but the texture is too subtle to see it in the small version. The one in my gallery looks better.

Methinks the way you got your painting to 'blend together with fuzzy edges" is certainly worth a short tutorial for an upcoming newsletter. I know I sure would like to see it. (otherwise, you'll have to show me how when you are here in June) :D
